Return conditions:

 

1. Return period : You have 15 days from the date of receipt to return your item.

 

2. Product Condition : The abaya must be unworn, unwashed and in its original condition. All original accessories and tags must be included.

 

3. Proof of Purchase : Please include a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase in the return package.

 

Return procedure:

Returns must be made at your expense by Colissimo with signature or Mondial Relay to the address that will be provided to you when contacting customer service.

 

You should pay for this service.

 

The costs incurred by this method of return will, however, be reimbursed to the Customer in the following cases validated by the Seller:

 

• The returned product is defective

 

• The product is returned due to an error by the Seller in preparing the Customer's order.

 

Print your order form received by email and slip it into your package with the item(s) you are returning to us.

 

Any claim or return not made in accordance with the rules defined above and within the time limits specified cannot be taken into account and will release the seller from any liability towards the customer.

Refunds:

 

- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your return.

- The refund will be made via the original payment method.

- Initial shipping charges are non-refundable.

 

Exchanges:

 

- If you wish to exchange your abaya for another size or color, please follow the return procedure above and place a new order for the desired item.

 

Non-returnable items:

 

- Abayas on sale or on sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

- Personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned.
